Is my MP suffering from a "split personality"?

I have followed the exchanges here between Ian and Olly Heald, my MP. It has made for quite fascinating reading and I don't mind admitting that, although a serious topic, I have found it highly entertaining. After all it is always amusing when pompous individuals are exposed.
However, I am quite concerned that Mr Heald might need some psychiatric help. You see he has displayed clear signs of a "split personality". There is the "greedy Olly" and the "saintly Olly".
The "greedy" personality is displayed most frequently and examples include:
i. Claiming almost the maximum ACA for his second home in London although he is just 50 mins by train from London, living in Royston as he does.
ii. Claiming for food on top of that even though, by definition, he is not away from home because we are funding his second home in London.
iii. Selling a flat paid for by us and trading up to a bigger one at our expense. Keeping the profit from that trade for himself.
All aspects of the "greedy" Oliver.
But, then we witness the complete vault-face to the "saint" when Mr Heald uses the "petty cash" part if his IEP allowance. Here he claims the maximum almost every month with the only explanation possible that he spends more than this specifically on petty cash. This is Olly as the "saint" covering what must be an over spend from his own pocket each month (he could not expect us to believe that he spends £250.00 to the exact penny every month). Quite at odds with the "greedy" Olly who enthusiastically bills the tax payer for just about everything he can, including an unnecessary flat in London (we have paid around £80k in last four years so that Olly does not have to get the train around three times a week for half the year).
So, you see, I am really quite worried about Olly, I feel he may need some help as this split personality cannot be healthy. Certainly not for the tax payer.
Or could it just be that Oliver is healthy of mind and that he knows to be true what we suspect, that he has milked the system for all he can, including the petty cash and that he has seen it as an entitlement. So, no need to worry about Olly, no split personality here, just the one true, grubby, dishonourable, "greedy Olly". That would be my guess.
